Happy Six Months Baby Boy

Yesterday marked Jackson's six month 'birthday'.  It is hard to believe he is six months old already.  He has come into our lives and taught us so many lessons that we would never have been able to learn without him!  We fall more and more in love every second.  He is changing daily.  

Growing.  Learning.  Developing.  

Amazing Us!  

What has Jackson been up to?

**Sitting on his own for lengthy periods of time**

**Eating up a storm!  Loving solids!**

**Sleeping 6-8 hour stretches at night**

**Teething**

**Interacting with toys**

**Amazed by his big sister, Kia.  Nothing seems to amaze him more**

**Jumping up a storm.  It will be a sad day when we have to give up the Jolly Jumper!**

**Making more and more noises and faces**

**Rolling from his back to his front**

**Playing with his feet**
**Chewing on his fingers, and almost anything else he can find**

**Pulling Hair!**

**Sitting in his high chair and joining us for meals**

**Allows water on his face during bath time**

**Moving objects - mostly his spoon! - from hand to hand to mouth to hand!**

**Moon walking in his walker**

**Giggles when his feet are tickled**
**Reaches out for things - especially faces**

**Recognizes and engages in some songs**

 **Loves to sleep on his side**

And many, MANY more I'm sure!

Sleeping the night he came home!

Jackson, I wish you all the happiness this world has to offer.  Your smile brightens every room and your playful personality shines and is infectious to those around you.  Me and Daddy love you more than we could have ever imagined.  We look at each other often and ask what we did before you were in our lives.  Nothing ever comes to mind.  You will never understand how much you have changed us, and how it feels like life started for us when you were born.  You are a miracle.  OUR Angel. 

Looking forward to six months from now when you get to taste your own cake instead of watching us eat it in front of you!
