Yesterday, Jackson tried avocado for the first time! It was fun! I have never had to 'prepare' avocado...so it was neat for me to learn how to cut and pit and scoop it! Really easy, really quick, and really healthy. Apparently avocados are on of the healthiest fruits! Yes, they are a fruit!
