Tonight I made Two Cheese Bread. I substituted three of the ingredients to work with what I had - and really wasn't thinking it was going to turn out! Therefore I made the tiny loaf. For the record - it was AWESOME! Caitlin and I had a a piece fresh out of the make with melted butter on it! I got the end piece - perfect! Next time I will be making the bigger loaf, because little skippy here won't cut it here for long! I think Caitlin was pacing by the bread maker the whole time!
