Tonight we attempted chicken! It went FAR BETTER than I was anticipating. He made a couple faces here and there, but really ate it just as well as most other foods! We mixed it with sweet potato and squash - to sweeten it up a bit! Ah Jackson, you are such a little ham!
He was sooo tired, so he would wipe his face after taking a bite and needless to say, chicken was being smeared everywhere! Thank heavens for washcloths!
I'm beat, have great sleeps in your warm, cozy beds!
