On August 12, we drove out to Saskatchewan to see Trev's parents' new house. It was a long drive and a short stay. We were able to take in a bit of time at the lake on the Wednesday morning, but the mosquitoes sure made it harder to enjoy it! Why do they have to ruin all the fun!? Izzy was great on the road trip and a lovely guest, we were proud. It was nice for the boys' to play with their cousins, and Jackson got to fulfill a dream of his, I'm sure. He got to drive a skid steer loader. He was chatting about hydraulics and how to steer for days. What a lucky boy. Sawyer was too scared to go for a ride, but that doesn't surprise us - he's our hesitant one!
