Lazin' in Bed

Being lazy before nap time in Mommy & Daddy's bed :)

Tired Eyes!

Might I also say that these photos were taken with my new iPad gifted to me by my amazing husband!  LOVE it!  Thanks Trev :)

Waterpark

Yesterday we headed to the Waterpark...one of our favorite places - as you can tell by the video a couple posts back!  We went with a friend of Trev's, Chad, and his family.  They have two girls that are quite similar in age to our two boys - so Amy and I hung out with the two peanuts and the boys took the big kids in the water!  It was a nice, relaxing afternoon.  Their oldest took a liking to Jackson - kisses, hugs, hand-holding...it was all pretty heart warming.  She wasn't prompted at all...just wanted to share some love!  Cute cute cute.  The last pic is one of their last moments in the water and each little was holding their dada's hand - and she reached out for Moose.  Sigh...sweet :)

His face in this picture is priceless!!

Mr. Sawyer

Has only been in our lives a couple weeks - but has changed them forever :)

Sneak Peak

Here is a sneak peak into our afternoon at the World Waterpark!

I can't tell you how many laps he ended up doing through this spray area!  Yelling "GO GO - GO GO" as you can hear in part of the video!

It was a fantastic afternoon!  I will share more tomorrow...right now, my bed is calling me :)

Li'l Bear

Has been more and more alert lately!

The legendary 'Oh' face - this brought back some Moose memories :)

The Creatures at Breakfast

Here is a peak of our creatures at breakfast time this morning :)

Goin' In

Jackson will use most opportunities he can to interact with Sawyer...it's pretty cute.  Things usually start with him getting down to Sawyer's level and telling him some sort of story that I'm sure only the two of them can understand!  And then it usually turns into him trying to cuddle, kiss, or hold him!

Strategically working himself in for a cuddle!
Goin In!
A bit of chit chat!
And then goin' in for the kiss!

Moose's Perfect Feet

Sometimes I take a random picture in the midst of things that ends up pulling at my heart when I upload them.   Maybe it's the post-pregnancy hormones...but today that picture was Moose's adorable little feet as he pitter-pattered around me while I took some photos of Sawyer.

Our Chubster

We are so in love with our new little chubster!  He is pretty darn sweet - and it kinda upsets me to think that he is already two weeks old today.  At two weeks old, he - so far - (which could change at any second!) has fallen into a little night pattern.  He wakes at around 1:30 and 4:30 to eat.  I am surprised at his consistency thus far.  He isn't as predictable during the day and tends to cluster feed - but during the night, it's nice to have some predictability.  Wouldn't it be nice if that were here to stay!?

In the hospital, he had the nurses in and out to look at him because they thought he was so cute and chubby.  He had many nicknames in the hospital from his nurses, my favorite being Pork Chop.  Haha.  Pork Chop?!  Nice.  We will stick with Bear, Bear Paw, and Lil Bear...so much nicer for the self-esteem than Pork Chop!!!

We love you Sawyer!

These pictures actually reminded me of Moose and his constant going into Sawyer's room while he is sleeping.  I have learned to place Sawyer further back in his crib so Moose's paws can't reach him...and found the other day that Moose had opted to overcome that challenge by pulling that blue receiving blanket that I have under Sawyer's head for spit up towards him - thus Sawyer moving towards him as well!  Smart li'l boy!

Easter Egg Hunt

Remember when I said I was still playing catch up?!  I forgot I had these Easter pics from last weekend :)  We hosted Easter dinner.  And when Jackson was down for his nap we set up the loot and an Easter Egg hunt.  So Fun :)  Here's how it went down...

We hid the eggs :)

This was my favorite!  I hid one in the ice tray because Jackson is obsessed with getting ice lately!

 We put out the loot!!!

Jackson's Jackpot
Sawyer's Swag Bag
AND THE BIKE!
Then when he woke, we set him off on his egg adventure...but he kept getting distracted by the darn tractors we got him for his outdoor toy bin!  Silly me - how did I NOT KNOW that the tractors would do him in?!  Foolish!

I think almost every egg he found he had to take to Papa to share and open with.  His eggs were filled with an assortment of goodies!  Play dough, bunny gumbi-like toys, a chick, and one with chocolate!

And we had hid the bike in the 'potty' for him to find for the finale...only he didn't want to go to the potty!  So we coaxed him over and then heard him start yelling "BIKE!  BIKE!"  It was PRICELESS!!!

A very delayed Happy Easter to all you and your families :)  Hope it was delicious and fun!
