Day Three of Disneyland started with a character breakfast. I have to say, this was a pretty good experience. It was a good way to get some nice attention on the kids from characters without them having to wait in line. Even though Sawyer isn't a fan of getting too close to the characters, he definitely enjoyed being around them. We missed a couple (Minnie and Stitch) but we gave up and left! We spent our third and final day at California Adventure again. We were more relaxed and took it easy. I think we even left around 2 or 3 for home. It was a nice day. Wind was horrible so many of the rides were closed, characters weren't walking around, and the heat was still upon us - so packing it in was just a good choice!
At breakfast they were delivering birthday cupcakes with a song. We decided to have both boys get a special treat as a late/early birthday wish for them!
Daisy was hands down the most fun character to interact with, just ask Jackson ;)
A bit of fun at California Adventure.
I so wanted to buy this aviator hat and goggles because it was way too cute. But, I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much money on something I loved more than the boys - so a picture did the trick!
And by request - the Carousel!
And it wasn't long before both boys looked like this on the way home!!!...
I think that's a sign of a time well had!
