Waving :)

This morning I waved at Jackson and he waved back - - - it was so friggin cute I had to get it on tape!

It's a bit blurry but better than nothing!

Miss you Daddy!

Tiny Confession

I was FAR MORE INTO the Royal Wedding than I had expected!  I thought I didn't care at all - and then all of a sudden I was hooked on everything Royal Wedding related on TV the day before!

I may not have set my alarm for 3 AM - but I did watch the Royal Wedding - and I do LOVE these two!  I loved her dress, the little moments between them, and looking at Prince Harry (haha).  I think they are going to change what it means to be "Royalty" and I hope they are as genuine as they seem!

One day the girl next door,  then next day - a PRINCESS!

Thanks Nicole for indulging with me!  I wasn't as committed as you - but enjoyed it just the same!

Test Round

Last weekend when Cameron was over to do his smash the cake, I threw Jackson on the backdrop to test out the white...nothing too exciting - but a couple cute pics nonetheless!

By the way - he is obsessed with balls at the moment!  LOVES them - LOVES playing catch - and LOVES chasing them around.  The ball of choice at this moment?  Kia's ball!  Of course!

Happy Birthday Buddy

Saturday was Cameron's birthday party - and it was nice to see everyone.  I thought I'd post some of the pics of Jackson enjoying the party!

Not all that impressed to be wearing the hat!
I LOVE this photo!

Excitement

I've been meaning to post this picture for a couple of weeks now!  It is from his buddy Jaxon's birthday party!  His face is priceless...have you ever seen so much excitement over a little green ball!?  Love it!

Playing Catch

Jackson LOVES balls now...he got a couple over the weekend, one from us and one from Nana & Papa.  He has now started to play catch - and he gets SO excited!  It's pretty darn cute!

Play Time

Yesterday was a gorgeous day!  We had gone to the park and gotten home to put moose down for his nap.  He just babbled to himself for a long time, so we brought him back down!  It was the first time ever that he has totally missed an afternoon nap!  For the most part, he was smiling and having a good time, but he did get tired faster for bed.  So, we risked it and bathed him early.  He was sleeping for the night by 6:30 pm!  We didn't hear a peep until 6:45 this morning!  What an awesome sleep!  I wonder if this no afternoon nap is a new thing for him!

Anyways...yesterday we spent some nice time on our deck (thanks Cynthia & Dustin for the visit and 'treats'!).  I had to go finish getting dinner together so Jackson stayed outside to play with Nana and Papa.  He discovered that the ottoman for the chairs made a great walker and loved going back and forth with it!  He also LOVES his ball he got for Easter from Nana and Papa and was having a grand ol' time chasing, bouncing, and sitting on it!  We were curious about all the giggles, so Trev went out to catch a few photos!

While the fun was happening outside, this is what I was taking care of inside!...

SO Delicious!

Thanks for the visit Nana and Papa...It was nice to see Jackson keeping others on their toes for once!

An Afternoon at the Park Part 2

After playing around on the equipment we had some down time.  I thought Jackson might want to be on the grass - but he was so NOT impressed with the prickly nature!
Some fun flying time with daddy!

 Some adventurous rock wall investigation!

All in all - it was a pretty nice day to be outside at the park!  The sun was out the sky was blue!  I think it's feeling a bit like Spring (finally!).

An Afternoon at the Park

This afternoon, while the turkey was roasting away, we all took a trip over to the park.  We walked there with the dogs - who also had a blast!  Jackson enjoyed playing on the equipment - mostly with daddy's help of course!

Moved up to the big boy slide!
So bright and sunny out - but still smilin!
Chin ups on the monkey bars!

What a fun little adventure at the park :)
