Beach Day

Today we headed out to the beach!  We were invited by Mel & Ken who were camping at Ol' McDonald for the weekend to come out and play for the day - so we did - and it was awesome!  I was hesitant because I thought it would be a zoo, but it really wasn't.  It was perfect.  I have lots of photos from the day but I chose some of my favorites to share with you tonight before I lay my head down! 

This was Jackson before we even pulled out of the actual campground!!!

Remember when Sawyer gave Jackson a camera when he first met his big brother?!  Well for some reason I am just getting around to uploading the photos!  There were a lot of blacked out and/or blurry images!  BUT - there were also some I kept!  It was cute seeing what he was taking pictures of!  I will share these with you.

 Hands down my favourite part of this whole activity was deciphering what and where each photo was!  It was pretty cute to see what he had taken pictures of!  He's gotten better recently about holding the camera in the right way!  He used to take pictures of his eyes...because he'd hold it backwards, which I'm assuming is what all the 'black out' pictures were!

Trailers

Jackson's imagination is kicking into high gear lately and it's so much fun to witness it all!  His tractor has a trailer, he's watched some youtube videos about little boys hooking up trailers, and then he had a vision of creating a trailer this morning!  It started with him dragging the crocodile behind him on the quad calling it a trailer, and then it just grew and grew and Dada had to help him create some sort of hitch!  Which led to more trailers/hitches!  Our bathroom/bedroom soon turned into whatever road he was driving around!  Ah little boys - they are so fabulous!
