Painting!

We decided it was a beautiful night for painting last night - and it turned out to be quite fun!  I love watching Moose get his creativity going!  He was painting upside down, he was using the brush, his feet, his hands.  It was great.  Last year we also did this on big poster board so I could cut it up and give it to all his loved ones - so I decided that just over a year later it was time to update that piece of art for all.  Here is a link to last years fun paint night!  There was less eating the paint this time, but just as much mess!

The pictures will speak for themselves!  You can tell that he really took to the colour blue!  It was by FAR his favorite which was quite a surprise!

A good artist needs to refuel after, so for a bed time snack, he enjoyed a PB&J sandwich outside at his table.  Yum Yum!

Lunch Time

Just a couple random shots from lunch time yesterday.  Jackson was showing off his new bug bites that he acquired at the corn maze!

Corn Maze

I've been super sick!  It has been a really hard weekend.  I've been lucky to have a couple people step in to help with the boys - THANK YOU.  I think I am on the upswing!  Or maybe I HOPE I'm on the upswing because it's been a hard few days.  I have felt like I've been couped up so yesterday we went to the corn maze with Auntie Caitlin.  Outside of the bugs, it was fantastic!  They had an awesome 'jumping pillow' that was amazing!  The best part was that there were about five cars in the parking lot...so it wasn't busy at all!  We had an amazing time on the bikes and Jackson loved the petting zoo!  We HAVE to take Dada here!

Playing on the bikes with Moose was the most fun I've had in weeks!  I could have done that all afternoon!

Our Handsome Boys

Can't wait to update my frames with these CUTE faces :)

Jackson wanted NOTHING to do with holding Sawyer.  This is the best we could get!  It may have had something to do with both their jeans being so darn tight.  Why can't they stop growing for a bit?!

Jackson and the Bubbles

Trev bought a huge bubble wand at Walmart the other day and we brought it out to my parents' to play with after I took the photos of the boys.  Too bad the mosquitos were so brutal...they really do ruin everything.

Taken through a giant bubble!

Seeing the wonder of bubbles on a 2 year old's face is priceless!
