Ready, Set, Cheese!!

 So as mentioned, Jackson is developing a new Photo Pose!  He is CRAZY and may have perfected it today.  Pretty much all my pictures of him have this expression.  I had to test it out - and basically every time he sees the photo coming - he makes the face - regardless of what he's doing!  You will see what I mean below!

Tonight we went to Babes.  I think that's what it's called.  Food was a bit disappointing, but it's a cool restaurant nonetheless.  Jackson was so tired and we were definitely past his bedtime - but he was a trooper. 

 He fell asleep on the way home and was so tired that he made it from the car to inside ASLEEP.  Trust us, this NEVER happens!  We decided to continue with our routine and give him his bath regardless.

Lazy Days!

 Every day Jackson is changing!  He has a few new things that he likes to do - one is his photo face - which I showed you in the previous post.  The other is sticking his tongue out!  He plays with it and twists it.  Today we went to IHOP and he sat in a highchair and we ordered toast and a banana for him.  He was super funny.  My dad bent down to pick up a toast finger and Jackson grabbed ahold of his hair and attempted to eat it!  I told you - anything is free game!  Anywhos...it's been fun!  He is developing a sense of humor and laughs at some of our jokes and noises now!  Or even at some stuff that he does!

 Today it's been a bit rainy.  Mom and I went for a pedicure and so far we've all been lazy! 

Double Duty

This is Jackson's bed while we are down here!  We decided to let him sleep in the play pen part rather than keeping the topper in as a bassinet.  We can't remember the weight restriction on it - and thought we would just be safe!  He also plays in it while we clean up the room in the morning!

Monkey See, Monkey Do!

 We love our new monkey hoodie!  Thanks Auntie Chantel and Uncle Brennon.  It was one of only two hoodies that made it down here with us!  It is so cute!

We are Here!

We made it!  Yup, we are in California.  The plane ride went well...Jackson was a trooper - it only cost us his nap schedule - which sucks!  He is down for the count now though!  We are in love with our car seat wheels that we got!  It made our lives SO MUCH EASIER!  Not to mention Jackson thought it was the sweetest thing ever!  He is so funny!  He now has a new 'photo' face that I will be more than happy to point out to you below!

 Then when we got to mom and dad's - the first thing we did was feed Mr. Moose!  He was very patient and had been low on the sleep department!

 Once we finally deboarded - we patiently waited for our car seat!  I'm shocked he wasn't a tired wreck by this point!  I know I was circling that drain!
